Great location not too far from the port or Piazza Plebiscito. Rooms were quite small but very nice, modern and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. For the standard of the hotel the price is great. Would stay again if visiting Naples.

This hotel is in a fantastic central position. It is a little difficult to find as it is on the 3rd and 5th floor of an office building. There is a a buzzer next to the entrance door with a very small sign with the hotel name. The rooms were very clean and have balconies. We were in a room that overlooked the busy street of Via Medina, which was really interesting. There are two doors onto the balcony which does reduce the noise quite a lot. But with a city hotel some noise is to be expected. The continental breakfast was adequate. There is free internet access in the lobby for guests. An excellent value hotel.

The rooms on the 5th floor have not been refurbished as the rooms on the 3rd floor have, and therefore are not of the standard as appear in the photos. However, they were clean and functional.

The place had obviously been recently renovated but not finished off very well. It seemed like they may have rushed to get people in. No major issues though as everything worked.

The hotel is on the 3rd floor and look like the B&B, not a hotel. There is the lack of the sign on the building. The taxi driver had a problem with the finding hotel.

A very comfortable hotel in a central location. With breakfast included we found the rates for this hotel to be great value for money.

The description of the hotel is very much the fact. The location is very convenient for transportation, sightseeing and also safe. The hotel room is spacious, clean, comfortable with view of Castle Nuovo, the Naples bay, and clean street. it's bright and quiet. Staff are very friendly. The utilities are sufficient with free computer and Internet access.

The location was really good for the main part of Naples, and near to the port for sailings to and from the islands. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful

Excellent location, very close to alibus stop (the bus connecting the airport) and the beverello dock to catch ferries to Capri, Ischia, Sorrento. Our room at the third floor (not the 'Annexe' at the fifth floor) was very clean, recently renovated.Very nice breakfast. Remember to take with you the exact address of the hotel since you have to ring a bell at the entrance of a building without any obvious indication of the presence of the hotel.

some noise from the traffic on the main road, but not dramatic. A/C in the room allows to keep windows shut minimizing the issue

The receptionist was friendly. The breakfast was good and with variety. The design of the room was modern

The sheets and the pillow didn't feel that clean. The room was a bit small. The safe in the closit was out of order and not stabilized on the drawer. Anybody could lift it and leave the room. Our friends in the nearby room had no safe at all. The check out was at 10.30. That was too early. The wifi signal wasn't strong enough to reach our room. It was free though..

The hotel is at a great location, close to all city sights and just off the main shopping area. The staff is friendly. The hotel is new and modern. Our room was spacious, with large and comfortable bed. Good breakfast. We got a good deal on the price, which was an extra value. We really recommend this hotel and hope to be back one day!
